The Shrine is situated on the westside of Youngstown on a wooded 32 acre lot. Near Mill Creek Park and Calvary Cemetery on South Belle Vista Ave.

Motorists can access the Shrine from Interstate 680 (Youngstown), by taking the Eastbound Exit 3B (Connecticut Avenue and Belle Vista Avenue) or the Westbound Exit 3C (Connecticut Avenue and Belle Vista Avenue).
The Shrine is approximately one half mile South of the intersection of Mahoning Avenue and S. Belle Vista Avenue (by Calvary Cemetery), visible from the road at the corner of Chaney Circle and S. Belle Vista Ave.
